Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 10 days of service delivery, provided that no significant work has been completed.
For ongoing or custom projects—such as integrations, development work, or tailored setup services—partial refunds of up to 50% may be issued if work has already begun. This includes instances where digital proofs have been approved or project milestones have been met.
Please note:

Refunds are not available for services or digital products that have been fully completed and approved.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work at each stage or milestone to ensure satisfaction before proceeding further.
Service Delivery Policy
All services and digital products are delivered based on timelines agreed upon at the start of each project. Delivery schedules may be influenced by:

While we make every effort to meet deadlines and keep you informed, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed if delays arise due to client-side or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Projects or services may be canceled before any work has commenced or prior to the approval of any digital assets or deliverables.
If a cancellation is requested after work has begun, partial refunds may be offered based on the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation. Once fulfillment is substantially completed, cancellations are no longer possible.
